This spacious beach house is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The neighborhood is residential. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach. (8 beach passes included) Enjoy a private path to the beach as well as a sitting area to enjoy the sunrise. You do not need to cross a street. This private beach has lifeguards and requires passes. Five blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.

*We ask for a $1,000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).
After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing credit cards).
The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. (Rental Linins, maid service are available for an additional charge. Please inquire by contacting: BeachReservations@Simlab.net)
