Vacation Rental Description
The back deck of 8 Jack Pine Lane just can't be beat! The large, enclosed deck area houses the BBQ, hot tub, three picnic tables, two deck umbrellas, a standing outdoor gas heater and plenty of deck chairs, so there is room for everyone! The deck also offers easy ebb and flow to and from the kitchen and dining area, so while the steaks are sizzling on the BBQ, the salads and bread buns can be being served up just inside.
This home has a really nice kitchen and dining area, furnished with a great wooden dining table as well as wooden counter top seating for the kids. On the other side of the kitchen you can look out and be apart of all the action in the front living area.
The living room features a small stereo system, a lava rock fireplace and an elegantly concealed television, ready to be brought out for your late night movie marathon. The living room also opens up to another small patio area, just waiting for the kids to draw up a game of hopscotch or foursquare.
The second TV room in the back has a large sectional sofa, another fireplace and an air hockey table, so you will see a hive of activity in every corner of the home. You'll be able to set up your very own games tournament because from this room you can head out into the garage for a bout of table tennis too. If you climb the stairs you will find a secluded play area complete with another small TV, dolls house, coloring table and more! This provides a great place for the Mom's to get away with their young kids early in the morning so as not to wake the rest of the house.
Over the other side of the house are the nicely decorated, upper level bedrooms. The twin bedroom is an especially great room for a kids' sleep over- each bed is even complete with its very own plush toy. They'll be having so much fun; the only problem you might face is getting them to finally go to sleep at night. Downstairs is the master suite and two other queen bedrooms that open up onto the back deck, providing easy access for a midnight soak in the hot tub, without waking the rest of the house.
8 Jack Pine Lane is in a great location with many amenities all within walking distance. You will be able to easily reach the Sunriver Resort, tennis courts, the Village Mall and even the Deschutes River for a refreshing afternoon dip.
