ThreeStones Cottage is a charming and spacious 3BR home that has been recently updated and thoughtfully designed to make your vacation a truly relaxing experience close to nature and the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. Along with all the modern amenities of home you will find a lovely covered deck and adjoining patio facing the large, fenced yard with a firepit for those long summer nights spent gazing at the stars. A volleyball net stays up all summer to encourage some friendly competition and there are horseshoe pits on the other side as well.

The fully-equipped kitchen (complete with gadgets and plentiful cooking/dining utensils) features an efficient work layout for meal preparation with a pass-thru to the spacious dining room and direct access to the deck and patio for easy outdoor entertaining.

Located off the kitchen is the large, updated bath with a tub/shower combo, ceramic tile floor and plenty of storage.

Bedroom 1 is also located off the kitchen and features a large window plus a full-size bed outfitted in bright, cheerful colors, a dresser and a new laminate floor.

Restful and classic in blue and white, the master bedroom off the dining room contains two large windows and features a queen-size bed well as a twin-size futon, a new laminate floor, a closet and ample storage.

Bedroom 3 off the living room also has a large window, a new floor and is painted in soft aqua with a twin-size bed dressed in linens to match, a dresser and a closet.
Generous in size, the LR/DR lives big at 13 by 32 feet and was recently redone in beach cottage style.

The main conversation area features a sofa, loveseat and recliner all in easy view of the TV/VCR and adjacent to the reading, relaxing area containing a sleeper sofa and a comfortable chair. Both the living room and dining room have ceiling fans to capture the lake breezes on sultry summer days.

Near the front door you will find a small laundry/utility room complete with washer and dryer as well as basic cleaning supplies such as a mop, broom and vacuum cleaner.

$695.00 per week.

A security deposit is required to confirm reservation of your desired week and will be returned within 10 business days provided cottage is left in original condition.

Payment Options: PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER FOR FULL PAYMENT (SEPARATE FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT) DUE NO LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE RENTAL

Check In: 12 noon Saturday

Check Out: 10 AM following Saturday

Deposits: $275.00 main Cottage $300.00 both cottages additional for pets (WITH approval only)

Lodging Tax: none

Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund before 60 days; deposit refund less $25.00 ONLY IF COTTAGE CAN BE RE-RENTED FOR SAME WEEK IF CANCELLED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF START.

Other Policies: NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME INSIDE! COTTAGE MUST BE LEFT IN CLEAN AND RENTABLE CONDITION SINCE THERE ARE NO CLEANING FEES.

-Eddie Stroh's- across from above;locals' year-round favorite.
-Evangola State Park- half mile S on Old Lakeshore; celebrates an annual "TomatoFest" each year in August...
-Lakeside Market- 2 mi. N;old-fashioned deli & meat market(great homemade italian sausage!)
-Mickey Rats & Southshore Inn- 2.5 mi.N; 2 great beach clubs that host special events all summer long.
-Connors Hot Dogs- across from above;a WNY tradition for many years!
-Grandview Golf course- minutes away on Old Lakeshore.
