Three year old fully furnished oversized Townhouse in Wildwood NJ. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and the famous Morey`s Pier. Our house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, heated pool and parking for 2 cars(one garaged). We have enough regular beds throughout the house to sleep and support 10 people very comfortably.
The first floor consists of laundry room/storage and foyer area.
The second floor consists of a half bath, oversized family room with a TV and VCR/DVD combo, full kitchen, eating area, access to the pool and hot tub area.
The third floor consists of one spare bedroom, Master bedroom with private bath and hall bath and the 4th floor floor has one oversized bedroom. All bedrooms have TV`s and ceiling fans.
Outside the Townhouse there is a private grass area with a gas grill.
You and your guests also have unlimited access to a private pool and hot tub to swim at your leisure.(Shared with homeowners in 4 other units)
We are also very close to the Wildwwod Convention Center, 1 block to North Wildwood and very short walking distance to many restaurants, stores, basketball/tennis facilities and a park.

1/3 down with contract. The balance is due over 2 payments. There is also a $500 refundable deposit
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Deposits are non refundable. If you cancel early enough and we can rent your week for the same dollar amount we will give a refund
