Swimming pool, hardwood floors. Large great room. Several porches with rocking chairs. Very lovely home. 1 block from downtown Isle of Palms. Master suite is on main level. The living room is spacious with plenty of sit down areas. The upstairs has 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have sliding glass doors that lead to the top sundeck and views of the ocean.

We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Sheets and towels may be rented for $225 (optional). Taxes and fees are 15%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit is $1000.00. Rates listed are base weekly rental price.
