Located directly on the beach on prestigious Isle of Palms, South Carolina, this lavish beach front home represents luxury living at it's finest! If you are planning a large getaway or family reunion, you will have plenty of room because this home sleeps up to eighteen people.

Interior of this 4500 square foot home contains 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms. There is also 1200 additional square feet of outdoor decks which display spectacular ocean views. Just 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

Home is located in the heart of Isle of Palms. Situated with an ocean view. Elevator, swimming pool, hardwood floors, 6 Master suites one with Jacuzzi tub. 2nd level features large great room. Top of the line stainless steel appliances. 3 car garage & private outdoor in ground swimming pool. This house features an inverted floor plan to maximize ocean views from the living and kitchen areas on the top floor. The interior includes Brazilian cherry floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel gourmet kitchen, huge flat-screen TV over the gas fireplace, and wireless high-speed internet. There are 6 King Bedrooms, and 2 kids' rooms with 'pyramid bunks' that sleep 3 per bed, with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. Each bedroom has its own bathroom some with double vanity, tub and shower. There is also a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower in one of the master suites. Across a quiet street to the beach access, yet close to the restaurants of downtown Isle of Palms.

Vacation Rental Policies

Required Stay: Three night minimum required

Other Fees: We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Sheets and towels may be rented for $350 (optional). Taxes and fees are 15%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit is $1000.00. Rates listed below are base weekly rental price.

Two more with 2 double/twin bunk beds in each room. (each bedroom with the double/twin bunkbeds can sleep 6). All have own baths.

Second Floor Features: Two bedrooms with kings and balconies overlooking pool and each with a private bath. Half bath. Living room Kitchen.
