Beautiful 5 bedroom Pool Home only minutes from Walt Disney World. Our villa is affordably priced, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with towels, linens, cable TVs, DVD players, Nintendo 64, full kitchen with all appliances, central air conditioning, washer & dryer and much more. Enjoy your own private pool just out the back door with beautiful patio furniture. Our pool has optional heat available plus a pool blanket to keep the water temperature comfortable. And you can enjoy a game of pool or air hockey in the game room. Plus our home has high speed wireless broadband. This is the perfect place for your family to stay and it’s so close to Disney and the other attractions.
Our Beautiful 5 bedroom home has room to spare with 2,270 square feet of space. Located in the "Palms" of Lake Davenport Estates it is only minutes from Disney. Situated on a large corner lot with a huge back yard beyond the screened-in private pool so you don't feel boxed in or intruded on. The development also has a common pool, tennis, basket ball court and play ground. A great home to stay in.
This is the perfect place for your family to stay and it's so close to Disney and the other attractions. Very convenient to grocery stores and shopping of all kinds, including a brand new Super Walmart. Don't let this one go by, make your reservation now!!
Our villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Florida where you'll find the 4 major parks of Disney (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney MGM Studios), plus Disney's water parks, Downtown Disney and so much more. Sea World is only about 15 minutes and Universal Studios is close also. Golf courses are abundant around our villa and there are lots of shopping places, groceries and more. Both coasts are about an hour away for beach fun. And don't forget NASA Space center. Lake Davenport is a block away from our 4 bedroom villa where you can enjoy the sunrise, fish, and relax in quiet. Our community also has a community heated pool, play ground, and tennis courts. So much to see and do!!

Your Own Private Pool with cushioned patio furniture and table are waiting just out the back door from the kitchen and living room. With pool heat available you'll have a wonderful time in the water regardless what the temperature outside is. Stretch out on one of the cushioned lounges and enjoy the warm Florida sun while getting a beautiful tan that will be the envy of all your friends.
A Large Living Room has plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The picture to the right gives a birds eye view from the second floor balcony. Look at all the space you'll enjoy!! A breakfast area with wrap around windows will make you feel like you never want to leave.
Huge Master Suite has plenty of space to enjoy with windows to the pool area. The master bath is enormous with a huge walk-in closet, roman style bath, separate shower and even a separate room for the toilet. There is also a safe in the master closet for your valuables.
Kitchen Counter Space is not a problem in this well laid out and appointed kitchen. All major and minor appliances and utensils are supplied including toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of dinner place settings also.
Bedroom #3 is nicely appointed with a good amount of space. You'll feel very comfortable here.

If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away.
