Located in the exclusive Morgantown community and steps away from the boardwalk on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico, our vacation homes is just minutes from both Kiva Dunes, the number 1 rated course in Alabama and Peninsula Golf & Racket Club’s 27 hole championship course.
Within reach, our vacation rental, Sunshine, is minutes from fine dining, shopping retreats, spas, and entertainment venues. Televisions, Cable, and High speed internet access is located in every bedroom.
Sunshine is equipped with 3 King sized beds, 4 twin beds, a sleeper sofa and a gas BBQ grill , granite counter-tops, six brand new televisions and stainless steel appliances.
