The Beach Cottage is a magical place. It sits just 100 yards from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920’s and has been in the same family for 60 years and is located on a quiet pedestrian walk street. It has just been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the 3rd bedroom/studio has its own private entrance. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, beautiful gardens, large yard, and a great outdoor eating area with a gazebo, BBQ, patio furniture, fountain and a outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room. We have an extra twin sofa bed
the 3rd bedroom/studio which also has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette which is on the 1st floor.
The kitchen has all high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system.
The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa
Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1
block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away.
We supply all linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma
TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service,
washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing
pole, and bikes can be rented for $35 per week.
2 car garage for small to medium sized cars.

Peak: Summer and Holidays
$2550 week, $475 night
Off Peak:
$2450 per week, $400 night.
Sleep up 9 persons, rates based on a 5 person occupancy.
$25 per night per person when over 5 stay.
$150 cleaning fee.
