Nestled among the soft rolling hills of the Pajaro Valley is a private, gated community of exclusive luxury homes, townhouses and condominiums. Designed by some of America's foremost architects, PAJARO DUNES is a place where man has accepted the challenge to preserve the natural beauty of the land. Each beach home blends into the seascape as if it had been planted and grew there. And each property offers its own spectacular view - from tumbling surf to the serene vista of the Pajaro Valley. PAJARO DUNES just might be the experience you've been seeking!
This is a Fantastic Oceanside Beach house. The main living area is on the upper level and is equipped to handle large groups for dinner and entertaining. It is ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a Bed&Breakfast than a vacation rental. Then, there's that view..... from the main living area you can see from Monterey to Santa Cruz with sunsets right in the middle. Whales and Dolphins and Sea Otters abound. You can use our binoculars to watch the fishing boats and surfers or you can just watch and listen to the waves pounding in below.

We can offer you our Beach House for:
Summer - $520/night (plus cleaning of $125). Summer rates are in effect Memorial weekend till Oct 31.
Off-Season - $495/night (plus cleaning of $125) Applies from after Nov 1 till Memorial day weekend.
Holidays are $595.
Note: $400 refundable security deposit required to rent property

The Layout is as follows:
Upstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom with shower over tub. The main entrance is here also with the ramp from the parking lot.
Downstairs: Master bedroom with King bed and a trundle bed and a private bath with tub/shower and a private dressing area. also a bedroom with twin beds and a rollaway bed, a hallway bath with shower, and the washer/dryer. There is a sliding glass door to the beach path.
Bedrooms: Our unit (#6) is larger than any of the other 4 bedroom units due to an 8 foot addition to both floors. This makes the living room and master bedroom very spacious!
What the Beach House contains:
1. Fully furnished kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, toasters, microwaves, blenders, mixers, cork screws and much, much more.
2. All the linens and towels that 11 people can use in a week and then an extra set if you need them.
3. TV's and VCR's/DVD players, Stereo and board games. Washer and dryer and beach toys.
4. A weber kettle for BBQ's and wood for the fireplace and more!
