This is an ultra-premium mountain paradise. "The Lodges" is the newest addition to the famous Snowcreek Resort, and our home, Lodges #1130, is a gorgeous, newly-built property in the Meadow at the base of the majestic Sherwin Mountains. At 2669 square feet, this luxury two-bedroom plus loft, three-and-a-half bathroom home is significantly larger than the vast majority of condos and townhouses in Mammoth. It is warm, inviting, and perfect for entertaining. It is ideal for both winter and summer rental. Our home is less than two miles from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and a very short walk from the shuttle bus stop.
We would like to share our life-generating experience with loving and mature families such as your own: our interest is in cultivating lasting relationships with trustworthy families, not just making a quick buck. Skiing is among the very best in North America, featuring a 3000’ vertical drop over 3500 acres, with 29 lifts, catering to every skill level. Cross-country skiing is world-class. There is virtually no traffic in our neighborhood, which is very kid-friendly. Your children will make friends without even trying. Summers are equally magic. You can load up the mountain bikes and go for an exhilarating four-hour heart-stopping romp down Mammoth Mountain itself, starting from the top of the upper gondola in the summer months. Fishing, boating, horseback riding, backpacking, exploring Yosemite National Park, nature & wildlife, photography - all fantastic. |

provided; mounted garage ski racks accommodate 12
pair of skis. Off Street Parking: Off-street, additional
guest parking is available, but not for huge RV's or
boats. Wood Fireplace: Really great, easy-to-light,
wood-burning fireplace with glass doors and electric
vents supplements home's forced air heating system.
Plenty of logs on balcony and/or in garage.
King Bed: Truly beautiful, new king-size mountain-
themed bed in Master bedroom with great mattress and
goose down comforter. Queen Bed: Truly beautiful, new
queen-size mountain-themed bed in Guest bedroom
with great mattress and goose down comforter. Twin/
Single Bed: Additional single trundle bed is in loft,
which sleeps up to four children comfortably. Bunk Bed:
Twin over full bunk bed, this "Euro-bunk" also has
trundle bed underneath for total sleeping of up to four
kids. There is also a couch in the loft as well.
Cable/Satellite TV: Flat Screen TV with home theater
system and cable in Living Room. Additional TV with
built-in DVD in Master Bedroom. DVD/CD PlayerStereo
SystemJetted Tub in Bath: Big, fancy tub in master
bathroom, although not jetted. Shared Hot Tub: Superb,
large, new, and clean spa surrounded by fabulous views
of the Sherwin mountain range and Snowcreek Golf
Course. Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong and miniature
pool table in loft.
This spacious mountain home has a beautiful kitchen
that opens to the huge living room and dining room. It
is a true gourmet kitchen, featuring all brand new GE
Gold appliances, a Kitchen Aide gas range, giant granite
counter tops plus a top-class private laundry room.
There is a gas-fired barbeque on the deck, which has a
view of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock, and a
water feature in summer. This condo is ideal for
entertaining family and friends. There are hardwood
maple floors throughout the main level, with high
quality carpeting in the bedrooms and loft. The living
room is warm and spacious with a wood burning
fireplace, an extra-large sectional sofa and a home
theater with TV, DVD/CD, and stereo. Original artwork
adorns the walls throughout. Both large bedrooms have
stylish decorator furnishings, walk-in closets and
ensuite bathrooms with marble and slate floors. The
big loft has its own bathroom, plus a game table with
foosball, ping pong, and air hockey.
Balcony: Views of Mammoth Rock and the top of
Mammoth Mountain. During Spring and Summer
months, balcony also overlooks a beautiful pond with
waterfall and wildflowers.
Water View: Beautiful pond with waterfall and
wildflowers is visible from deck during the warmer
months when not covered with snow.
Mountain View: Spectacular mountain views from every
room: Sherwins from the Guest bedroom, Mammoth
Rock & upper Mammoth Mountain from Living Room,
Master Bedroom and Balcony.

| Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Mountain are home to some of the most consistently best-rated skiing and snowboarding in North America, with 3500 acres of skiable terrain, 29 lifts, and a 3000’ vertical drop. It is one of only three resorts in the world with a “super-duper half-pipe” for those who freestyle ski and ride. The cross-country skiing is also terrific, not to mention world-class golf on California’s highest golf course "Sierra Star", plus the beautiful Snowcreek Golf Course, which is directly adjacent to our home. Mountain biking in Mammoth is unmatched anywhere. Mammoth is also famous for fishing, boating, hiking, horse-back riding, and its awe-inspiring natural beauty. The Lodges neighborhood is an explosion of wildflowers and aspen trees in summertime. Mammoth is only 38 miles from the East gate of Yosemite National Park, accessible by driving scenic route 395 to the staggeringly beautiful Tioga Pass and into Yosemite itself. |
