Located on a hillside, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Andreas Hills of Palm Springs. Originally built for the Maytag family, the villa offers luxury furnishings with mountain views from every bedroom suite and its private pool and garden SPA. Its elegant furniture and appointments both inside and out make it a very special place for a relaxing get-away for a weekend, a week or several months. Due to its quiet and seclusion this is a perfect property for writers or creative teams looking to get away to work on projects. This secluded villa is lush private setting for Vacations, Weddings, and Corporate retreats. It is also a perfect setting for photography or filming. The property will accommodate a cocktail reception for 250 or a sit down dinner for 50. It can be rented for special events, with its 3 convection ovens and staff prep areas.

With two days notice we can heat the pool for $150 minimum or $50 per day for longer stays.
Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out noon. We try to accommodate last minute changes in your plans, stays after 1:00 pm will be charged an extra $150 up to 5:00, stays after 5:00 PM will be charged an extra day deducted from your deposit.
