Lauren's Luxury Suite encompasses the entire 2nd floor unit of our Classic Revival Historic Seaport Estate Victorian home and offers approximately 1200 square feet of living space. When the estate is not rented in entirety, it may be possible to rent this 2nd floor suite as a separate accommodation. Newly renovated, this space provides 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings are tasteful and high end. There is also a large front porch that spans the entire front of the house and a nice sized back upper deck.
Enter this accommodation from the downstairs front porch of the house into a foyer. The foyer leads to a private switch back interior banister staircase that takes you to the living room. The living room has plenty of windows as well as an entrance that opens onto the large 2nd floor front porch. Down the hall, the kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped for cooking. There is seating in the kitchen but it is somewhat limited. Bedrooms and bathrooms are off the hall that runs down the center from the front to the back. A gallery is created on the hall walls to show an interesting collection of artwork.
Bedding includes 2 queen sized beds and 2 king beds. All bedrooms are nicely furnished with beautiful bed frames. One bedroom offers a semi-private bath with an entrance from the bed to the bath as well as to the hall. At the end of the hall in the back there is a second entrance that leads to the deck that has a table and chairs for outside seating. A back staircase leads down to the pool deck and swimming pool. When rented as a separate unit, Lauren's Luxury Suite shares the pool at the Historic Seaport Estate property.
