What a wonderful place for family and friends - this 4 bedroom 3 bath home has everything to offer from quiet times to indoor or outdoor gatherings. The main part of the home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the master bath having a jacuzzi soaking bathtub and separate shower and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a T.V. & king bed, the 2 other bedrooms have a king and queen respectively. On the other side of the home is a large dorm-size bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a T.V.- great for the kids!
In the center of the home is an updated and modern kitchen with all of the items you would want to prepare a gourmet meal or just a snack. There is a separate dining area for 6 and a great living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV. Off to the living room is a bar area and round table seating 4 for those cocktails for any occasion. It also has a separate utility room with full size washer and dryer.
The backyard includes a private heated pool with spill-over spa. There is plenty of room to relax there, and plenty of shallow seating to relax. You can access this area from the bar area, dining room, kitchen, master bath and large kid's bedroom. You will love this place for your relaxing desert vacation or extended stay!

| Cancellation Policy |
|
If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.
No credits or refunds will be given for early departures. Any cancellations must be communicated to Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals in writing.

| Deposits |
|
|
1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted.

| Other Fees |
|
|
Other charges include a non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable city taxes and a refundable security deposit. Pool heating charges may apply. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
