There is a relaxing seating and dining area under the pergola and a built-in BBQ for entertaining. Revive in the soaking hot tub or a dip in the Pebble-Tec pool while you enjoy the mountain views.
Just as entertaining is the inside of this home. Stretch out in the comfort of the living room for a movie on the large screen TV, or stimulating conversation in front of the fireplace. If pool is your game chalk up your queue and play on the full size table. There are video games to play with an opponent or solo the look no further with Ms. Pac-Man and video poker. Hours of fun can be had by all.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.
No credits or refunds will be given for early departures. Any cancellations must be communicated to Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals in writing.

| Deposits |
|
|
1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted.

| Other Fees |

Other charges include a non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable city taxes and a refundable security deposit. Pool heating charges may apply. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
