This marvelous estate located in the Indian Canyons area is aptly named “La Fonte della Vita” or “The Source of life”. From the Mediterranean influenced wood door to the front courtyard to the large poolside Cabanas, this sanctuary was built to create a mood of reflection and contemplation. Rills of flowing water add to the tranquility and harmony this villa exudes, while taking in the majestic mountain views and desert landscape. A blend of old world décor and new world materials help inspire the colors, patterns and furniture selections seen throughout the home while keeping comfort in mind. Solace and relaxation inspired the design elements of this villa.
The great room features a spacious seating alcove, luxurious yet comfortable, and is bordered by glass doors. There is a fire place and entertainment area at one end and elegant dining on the other end. A showcase reminiscent of an old Mediterranean kitchen, featuring modern appliances and plenty of counter space, is just off the great room and waiting for culinary creativity. There is a den /office for the working vacation, with doors to the courtyard, for fresh air and natural light.
The villa has three luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The master suite has doors to a cabana off the pool, includes king size bed 42” plasma, DVD and digital Cable DVR. The en-suite master bath offers spa qualities and includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, step in shower, outdoor access for showering alfresco amidst the desert landscape. Bedroom 2 opens to the pool area and offers a queen size bed, 32 “LCD, DVD and Cable. The en-suite bath opens to a private patio. The Casita bedroom suite opens to the front courtyard and offers a queen size bed, 32 “LCD, DVD and Cable with en-suite bath.
Sitting in the exterior cabanas with a roaring fire or by the pool reflecting the mountains landscape, enhances any lifestyle. The garden and grounds enhances the homes prominent architecture. Lighting was used to enhance a peaceful mood of the warm evenings. The home is completed with modern technologies and amenities including state of art audio, visual, and internet.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.
No credits or refunds will be given for early departures. Any cancellations must be communicated to Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals in writing.

| Deposits |
|
|
1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted.

| Other Fees |
|

Other charges include a non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable city taxes and a refundable security deposit. Pool heating charges may apply. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
