Featuring a large Master Suite with a King-sized bed, an extremely spacious bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, separate shower and walk-in closet; a special added feature includes an outside shower.
The West bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and full bath with access to the pool area. The East bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a private bath, patio and walk in closet. The Casita begins with an outdoor living space, complete with fireplace, upon entering you will find a queen bed and bath perfect for privacy or guests rounds out the sleeping quarters.
The laundry offers front load Maytag Neptune washer/dryer for your convenience.

 | Cancellation Policy |
|
If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.
No credits or refunds will be given for early departures. Any cancellations must be communicated to Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals in writing.

1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted.
