This 8 bedroom, 8 bath Gulf-front home features an upgraded interior with 2 Gulf-front master suites and private full baths, two living areas, multiple decks, and a guest house.
The main level of this distinctive home includes the living room, dining area, a kitchen with modern, state-of-the-art appliances, two bedrooms each with a king bed and two full baths. The second level houses two Gulf-front master suites, each with a king bed. These well-appointed suites are accompanied by a private full bath with sinks, separate commode closet, separate shower, and a whirlpool tub for long luxurious baths after a day at the beach. A conveniently-located laundry facility completes the amenities on the second level.
With room for an entire family, the ground level of Hammock Dunes West features the second living area, three bedrooms, three full baths and an additional laundry facility. One bedroom has a king bed, one has two twin beds, and the third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The separate guest house, located on the north side of the main house, features a bedroom, full bath and morning kitchen. Hammock Dunes West has beautiful hardwood floors and carpet throughout.

|
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.

Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries
