Villa de Ono will make you feel like you've walked into a Mediterranean villa! Brand new, this magnificent five bedroom, seven bath home is located on Ole River on Ono Island. Enjoy slow motion from the river side outdoor swimming pool and sun deck to the pier below. The pier is equipped with 30 and 50 amp shore power. You'll feel the grandeur of Villa de Ono upon entering the home with large open spiral staircases on either side of the great room that lead to bedrooms above. A cat walk connects both sides of the upper level staircases allowing the living area ceilings to float to the top bringing in natural light from windows that span the south side of the home. The state of the art kitchen and dining area bring the theme together and create the perfect space for entertaining families. There is a den on the west side of the living area for quiet respite that opens to the outside terrace. The spacious master suite on the east side overlooks the river and has a master bath complete with jetted tub, stand up shower, and double vanities. An additional common full bath and laundry facility complete this level's floor plan. Also, there is an outside pool bath. The second level houses four bedrooms; two on the east and two on the west side. All have private full baths.

|
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.

Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries
