Endless Summer will make you wish the summer never ended let alone your vacation! This newer gulf front seven bedroom, eight bath home is great for extended families, reunions, and corporate retreats. Located in the Callaway Subdivision approximately 4.3 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach, this premier home is three levels and offers a floor plan designed for the most discriminating vacationer. The main living area of Endless Summer is the second level and includes a spacious living area that spans the south side with picture windows facing the Gulf as well as access to the outside deck and steps leading to the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area and kitchen are incorporated into this scheme creating a perfect environment for cooking, entertaining, and visiting with guests and family. With the culinary in mind, the kitchen is well appointed and includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and an island with a second prep sink and disposal. The laundry facility and full bath complete the floor plan of this level. The first level houses four bedrooms each with a private full bath. Two of the four bedrooms are gulf front master bedrooms and have private access to the outside deck and steps. The private bath on the southeast side is disability accessible and is equipped with a roll in shower. The north side bedrooms can access the outside deck via a hall pass through door. Lock the world out in the beautiful and monolithic master suite on the third level! Enjoy reading that long awaited novel on the private Gulf-front balcony or luxuriate in the prodigious master bath by soaking in the whirlpool tub or rest on the bench of the glass block shower while enjoying the rain forest effects from three shower heads. On the north side of this level there are two guest bedrooms; each with private full baths. Endless Summer also has an enclosed ground level entrance with covered parking. There is a covered pool within the south deck for cooling off after a day on the beach.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.

Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries
