Video Surveillance cameras are used to monitor the exterior of the home. The cameras in no way infringe upon the TENANT’S reasonable expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

INSURANCE: TENANT shall have a Homeowner’s/Renter’s Insurance policy which includes liability coverage on their personal home or rental home/apartment as a condition of this rental agreement.
