Ocean Walk condominiums is walking distance from the village/pier area where you can enjoy fine dining, beach shops or stroll along the waterfront. You will be less than one mile from several beach access points when you are ready to hit it.
You can choose between two heated pools at the complex. Tennis is your sport? Ocean Walk has tennis court, as well as fitness center, clubhouses, business centers and fishing lakes. (Catch and Release only)
The patio on the ground floor is fenced, so you or your pet can relax and dine outside. The master bedroom has a brand new king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bring your children or another couple to take advantage of the sleeper couch in the living area. This unit is only a few steps from a Laundromat. This is a place you will want to return to year after year.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to four occupants. * Dogs may be brought into this unit for a non-refundable fee (limit two dogs). • Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
* Access to Massengale Beach is 1 mile, Coast Guard Station access is 1.5 miles, and the village & Pier are 1/2 mile away. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
