Daily Rental Rates
$2,900 per day.
• 25% discount for two week rental
• 50% discount for monthly rental
• 25% discount for last minute rentals (less than 14 days in advance with a three night minimum)

50% deposit required for reservations made 180 days in advance or less.

Rates include exclusive private use of main Sobre Vista Residence.
Rates do not include laundry service, food expense, beverages, or staff tips.
If a cancellation is made 180 days in advance of arrival date, 100% of deposit will be returned. Between 180 and 90 days in advance of arrival date, 20% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Between 90 and 30 days in advance of arrival date, 40% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Cancellations 30 days or less in advance of arrival date, 100% of rental fee will be forfeited.
Forfeited rental fees may be applied towards future rentals.

The estate includes the main house in front with two beautiful master suites, and an additional house beside the pool that consists of two separate apartments. One has two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms.
