Kalihiwai Bay. The Vista cottage is part of a newly built
luxury home and accommodates 2 to 4 guests in
private quarters.

hillside ridge at Kalihiwai Bay with a secluded beach
right below the property.
The Kauai accommodation consists of a studio with
kitchenette, full bathroom and a spacious lanai, plus an
additional bed and bathroom, when there are 3 or 4
people in your party.

Anini Vista Vacation Rental General Rental Terms and
Cancellation Policy
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7
days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss
or damage to the rental property will be deducted from
your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2
weeks.
PAYMENT: Full/balance payment due no later than 60
days prior to check-in. If booking/payment is within 30
days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid
in ‘cash form' Official Bank Check, Cashier's Check,
Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60
days of your check-in date, your deposit will be
refunded, less $50 processing fee. For cancellations
within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will
be forfeited. Cancellations after rent due date will
forfeit rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).
NO SMOKING WITHIN THE HOME. You may smoke
outside.
NO SHOES TO BE WORN WITHIN THE HOME.
