This new 2-bedroom 2-bath Kolea villa situated on the second floor of building 16, is your home away from home. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Kolea, the only complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort with direct access to the beach. From stunning interiors to the infinity pool with endless ocean views, Kolea offers it all. The complex is located between the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel and the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. There is easy access to everything in the Resort from the Kings Shops, and soon to open Queens Shops, to the two championship golf courses. Enjoy the Kolea Beach Club Pavilion overlooking Anaeho’omalu Bay. It is the ideal place for cocktails, dinner, or private parties. Exercise at the Health Hale and then relax and enjoy your morning Kona coffee at the open-air cabana. Children are sure to enjoy the pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. Watch the famous Hawaiian sunsets from the lava rock hot tub. Snorkeling, sailing and other water sports are available within walking distance from your Villa. Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $190.00 . Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-night's deposit plus one-nights lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
