Cancellation Policy |

| Any cancelled reservation is subject to our no-refund policy. We offer cancellation insurance through CSA Travel Protection. In lieu of forfeiture, Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. at their discretion may offer the guest the option of rescheduling the reservation at a later date with additional rules applied. | At the time of reservation, 50% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. The remainder is automatically charged to your card 10 days prior to your arrival. |

There is a one-time $50 hot tub fee ($35 for second hot tubs)
A $35 damage waiver is charged in lieu of a damage deposit.
Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins, subject to our pet policy and with payment of a non-refundable pet fee. |
