When you are not at the beach you can enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spa. The pool area entertaining space also features plenty of seating and loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor bar. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy feet!There is a garage with guest access on the ground floor equipped with a beach cart ready to carry the provided beach chairs or any other gear you will need for a day at the shore. Or use the space to park cars, golf carts, or bikes. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
