This cute, newly renovated house features all you could want from a vacation accommodations. The Master bedroom features a cozy King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with King beds that share the hallway bathroom. In the Bunk bed room, you will find a full over full bunk bed with pull out trundle and an ensuite bathroom. While there is a huge selection of delicious restaurants and eateries on and off the island for you to dine, you won’t ever need to leave the house, thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room.
The private pool in the fenced backyard will become your favorite tropical oasis. The pool and landscaping have been newly renovated and redesigned. Have a backyard BBQ on the gas grill and then walk one block towards the beach to watch the famous sunsets of Anna Maria Island! You'll want to stay longer once you see this home and feel the sunshine on your face.
Although the house is truly the perfect amenity-packed place for your dream vacation, it is the location of the house that makes it so great. When you come to stay and play on Anna Maria, it is all about adopting the island lifestyle, and that is exactly what Last Resort will let you do. Grab the provided beach towels and chairs and walk one block to one of our favorite beach access on the island. Rent a bike to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes. Spend a leisurely afternoon shopping on Pine Avenue or Bridge Street. There is so much to see and do when you vacation on Anna Maria Island, you will never want to leave.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
