Shop~Dine~ Play, You will have plenty of options along the way.Sun Porch Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (includes: microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher), central A/C and heat, flat screen TV/cable, linens, iron/board, gas B-B-Q grill, telephone, wireless internet, laundry room.Home Layout:Bedroom #1-Queen BedBedroom #2-Queen BedThis property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated.
