Property Description

This beautiful 2,900-square-foot two-story home has two living and two Dining areas. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family.<br />

There are three upstairs bedrooms: A spacious master suite with a Cal King bed, large oval tub, and walk-in closet; a queen bed with a cherry wood dresser; and one children&#39;s room with full over bunk beds and a full pull-out futon. The upstairs loft area has a sofa with a queen pull-out sleeper. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main floor are the remaining two bedrooms: one queen bed and the second children&#39;s room with full over full bunks. They share the downstairs hall bathroom. All bedrooms have 42&#39; plasma/LCD TVs. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
Upgraded open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: microwave, refrigerator, double ovens, stove, and dishwasher. Dining rooms are divided by family room&mdash;plenty of seating, with two tables that can seat eight each. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Right off the dining room is that game room located in the garage. It offers ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, high chairs, a pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The garage also has a full-size washer &amp; dryer for guest use.&nbsp;The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

Off the family room, glass sliding doors lead to a beautiful pool area. Two patio sets with plenty of seating allow you to enjoy the backyard with a built-in gas BBQ.&nbsp;<br />
