Property Description

Beautifully remodeled home with pool and Jacuzzi. All new beginning in January 2022

This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated on-suite. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The main room has an open concept and features a stainless-steel kitchen (fridges, dishwashers, ovens, etc.). Updated appliances. The main room is open-concept and features granite countertops, a spacious living area, and a spacious kitchen. The sofa can be pushed out to create an additional bed. Full-size washer/dryer.


Relax in the backyard with a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool that has been updated. In the game room, you can play ping-pong. Strollers, highchairs and boosters are available for infants and toddlers.

Each room has at least a 47" LCD TV. The home has central heating & cooling. The house has WiFi.

Minimum Stay 3 Nights Maximum Cars 3 in our drivewayNo RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles. No RVs, trailers or commercial vehicles. Maximum 3 cars in our driveway. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

These houses are only available for overnight sleep. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
