Property Description

Beautifully remodeled home with a pool and jacuzzi, all new as of January 2022. This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds.

There&#39;s a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There&#39;s also a game room featuring a ping-pong table.<br />
We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.&nbsp;The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.&nbsp;<br />

Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi.<br />

This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.&nbsp;The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.<br />
