Property Description
This two-story home is beautifully upgraded and has plenty of space for the entire family. The home has three bathrooms, five bedrooms, and two living areas. The home has a game area upstairs for children.
The upper floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms have cal-king beds and share the hallway bathroom. The bedroom downstairs has one queen-size bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom on the first-floor.
The open concept kitchen and family room offers plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
Escape to our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated rock pool and Jacuzzi. The pool has a built-in slide that will keep the kids entertained for many hours. A grill and fire pit are located outside. The patio has a dining table with seats.
For your infants and children, you will find a pack 'n play, booster seats, highchairs and strollers. The home comes with a full-size washer and dryer. The house has Central Air & Heat. The couch has a queen size pull-out bed.
The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 83 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.
This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum 3 vehicles per driveway No RVs and Trailers. No Outside MusicAccording to city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. You must be inside during this time.
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.
