Property Description

Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for two families. Our four-bedroom three, three-bath home has two master en-suites, one Cal King Bed, and one Queen Bed with two full over full bunk bed children&#39;s bedrooms. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Upgraded carpet in the bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. Bathrooms are upgraded with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and travertine floors.<br />

Upgraded kitchen with custom panel cabinetry, upgraded hardware, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining room off of the kitchen. The Main Living Room has a DVD Player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning.<br />

The game room, located in the garage, has Ping-Pong, Air Hockey, a Pool, and toys. There are strollers, a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.<br />

Relax in our sparkling pool with a built-in Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Enjoy our patio, outdoor seating for adults and kids, and a natural gas BBQ Grill. It&#39;s a nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.<br />

This house SLEEPS 10 in beds and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />
