Property Description

This stunning pool house is perfect for three families.

There are three Cal King master bedroom with ensuite. There are two children's rooms, each with a full-over-full bed. They share a bathroom in the hallway. All bathrooms have been upgraded, with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinets and hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed tiled showers. All bedrooms have 46" LCD televisions.

The partial open concept includes custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and stove/oven. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate cooking, entertaining and prepping. The dining table has eight seats and there are additional chairs at the counter bar. Guests are welcome to use the full-size washing and drying machine.

The main living room has high-speed wireless Internet. The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful swimming-pool, an inground Jacuzzi, and bbq-grill with natural gas. A patio set and extra chairs are also available. The game room can be found through one of the kids' rooms. The game room has a pool table and ping-pong. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, highchairs or booster seats. The floors are laminate hardwood.

Disney is located 3/4 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. The home has central heating and air-conditioning. Enjoy the Disney fireworks in your front or backyard.

This house can sleep 13 guests. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.
