Property Description

Welcome to our beautiful pool home, which is perfect for two families. Our house is designer-decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two California king master bedrooms with en-suites. The remaining rooms include a queen bed and a children&#39;s room with full-over-full bunk beds, which share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs. The spacious living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The open-concept kitchen and dining room has plenty of seating for everyone.<br />
<br />
We provide a pack-n-play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room features a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Outside, you can relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi. Additionally, there&#39;s a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and extra chairs for your enjoyment.<br />

All the bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />
Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.<br />

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.&nbsp;If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.<br />

If you reside within 50 miles of this house,e there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO cameras inside.&nbsp;<br />

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:<br />
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.&nbsp;The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.<br />
