The dining-living room combo has a tasteful arrangement of comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, around a 70” Smart TV. A round glass-top formal dining table with a striking driftwood-base design offers seating for five..

The fully equipped kitchen has gleaming white quartz counters and backsplash, new, stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, french door fridge, and stove/oven. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. There’s a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen.

The breakfast table has seating for four. Enjoy extraordinary views of the sunrises from large windows surrounding the breakfast nook.

Balconies:

The condo has two balconies. The (north) balcony features beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay.
