The backyard is where you will find the new modern heated pool along with a private dock for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or boating. Other amenities out back include an outdoor cold and hot shower, a gas grill, and poolside dining table large enough to seat the entire family. The split floor plan has the master suite along with a queen bedroom on the left side of the house while the right side contains the bunk room and queen guest bedroom separated by a Jack and Jill bath.
