Take in the beauty of the Bay from the covered pavilion, cast a line from the fishing dock, and launch your kayaks. Featuring two community pools and in-ground spas, one Gulf side and the other is bayside. Upon entering, you and your guests are welcomed into a warm living space with a modern sofa couch, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and essential cooking tools. There are two places you can enjoy your meal: the indoor table, which has quick access to the wine fridge, and the outdoor table on the balcony, which embraces guests in the island life. The primary bedroom features a private deck perfect for winding down before bed or watching the sunrise in the morning. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a lovely sitting nook perfect for reading a book, watching a show on the tv, and most importantly, relaxing. Additionally, there is a den with a sleep sofa. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo on the third floor. All bedrooms are on the third floor, and a half bath is on the second floor. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
