Nice Location in Anna Maria – Good Value! 2020-08-24

This was a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Anna Maria. The northern part of the island is great for biking and beaching. It is just a short bike ride to Pine street that has cute shops and some restaurants. This place is a taste of Old Florida in a little complex with 5 other similar villas. Despite being a bit warn-out, the villa was clean. Pool was nice and refreshing. I would have given it a 5, but despite the fact that we booked 5 people, we didn't have bedding for the pullout couch the first night. We discovered this after 10pm and no one is available after that time. We made due that first night, but if you need the pull-out couch, make sure you check for bedding and linens early in the day. Other than that, it was a great location - away from the hustle and bustle and very well distanced between other visitors.

This is a very good location not far from the beaches or from the Rod & Reel pier. Enjoyed our 2 weeks on Anna Maria......people we met were great, lots of retirees there. We tried every restaurant on the island.....prices were higher than in Bradenton, but somewhat expected that.
