House stunning! Interesting decor and artwork throughout! Minimal cleaning issues-between couch cushions and under and around things. House is massive so requires a huge undertaking to keep clean! Beach stunning! A lot of stairs. No easy access to beach which is important to us. Actually two separate houses. Two complete kitchens. Two houses are not connected. Either have to go up 3 flights of stairs and onto the roof and then enter from the roof the other house and go back down the steps. Or go down to the street as many as 3 levels and go out the exterior door, go to the other unit, and come in through the exterior door. Great for separate families who want space and walls. Not so great for families wanting to be together. Actually two rooms with 9 bunk beds in each! 3 levels high! And one group of three has double beds. So In each bunk room, possibility of 12 sleeping! Which means 24 for the two rooms! A bit excessive! Can’t imagine who would have that many people to sleep in that small of a space! Also, only two bedrooms with Gulf front views. No masterful master. Small bathrooms for the masters. Altho the tile was a work of art! The pool, beach and Sand are marvelous! Let’s face it, that’s why we came to the beach in the first place! This house is best for large groups. We were one family, and although it was an awesome house, not really what we were looking for. Amazing experience! Truly unique! -- Andee, thanks for sharing your thoughts on Anna Maria Grand Beach House. We agree that it is truly unique with an unbeatable location! Hopefully the elevator helped to alleviate some of the need to use the stairs all the time. I'm a bit confused regarding the comment about lack of easy beach access as the beach is literally right outside the back door past the pool area. Our experience was amazing. The house is designed for big families and/or to be rented out in 2 units. The only inconvenience we had was that the two sides only connect by going outside. This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Clean, well stocked, and created for fun and relaxation with private pool and a few steps from the ocean. Perfect location! Had a fabulous time. It was a little tricky to figure out how to get from one area to the other but got it figured out by the 2nd day. Beautiful home and great weather. Was concerned about direct oceanfront pool temp for children, don’t be. Pool was great, warm always, vegetation blocked wind. House and beach, amazing. Can not go wrong here. Had people that needed the elevators, perfect for that and hauling groceries. Only one very little flaw, need a door to connect both sides. WOW what a place! 2019-09-11

We were so excited to get back to Anna Maria Island. And this house did not disappoint! It comes with all the bells and whistles one could ever want! It is a beautiful home, fully equipped with all you would need and the decor is exquisite! Just be aware though that it is 2 houses that are connected but you have to go outside to get from one to the other. I was not aware of this from the online booking and it could cause a problem dependent on the group you take with you. We were able to work it out on who would stay on what side best and we gathered on the B side for all meals and entertainment. It was unfortunate that the elevator on the B side broke the first day we were there and never was fixed. This caused a little struggle for my 80 year old plus parents as well as carting up groceries at times. But all in all we had a fabulous trip. We really never left the house - we just went to the pool and the beach everyday! What more do you need?!!! There were 19 of us on this vacation and we could have had a few more and still had plenty of room. It will be hard to beat out this vacation! -- Thank you for the 5 star review, Tracy! This home was perfect for our large family reunion. It has plenty of bedrooms and is arranged so that people who may need a little privacy for kids naps or quiet time can get it. The designer decorating and furnishings were as nice as any home we have ever rented. The home was well equipped with great appliances, top quality cookware and dinnerware and everything you might expect in a first rate rental property. There were plenty of high quality sheets, towels and beach towels. The pool and beach furniture was new and plentiful. The home was spotless when we arrived. In summary, the place was perfect in every regard. The location was equally fantastic, right on a very beautiful Gulf beach with perfect sand and water. The house is beautifully situated on the beach and we had a wonderful week. Roomy and easy to find your own space even with a a big group. I didn’t understand that the house is built as separate units, though they are easy to navigate between the two either from the bottom floor or the top. Well equipped kitchens for family meals. An AMAZING getaway 2019-03-04

This place was more than we could ever ask for. My family of 6 had more than enough room to sprawl out. Amazing views of the gulf at all parts of the house, which was great for watching the dolphins play in the surf. The pool and spa were perfect for hanging out in at night and the waterfall features were an added bonus. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beachfront, but I will say seeing the stingrays glide right past you was pretty amazing. I think the only issue we had were the frequent visitors that would come up to the pool side gate and just stare or wander around the house. We used this rental property for a large family vacation. There were twenty-eight of us! The beachfront location is absolutely stunning! You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from multiple locations in the home and even watch dolphins swim by! The beach/pool area are fantastic and we spent every daylight hour enjoying them to the fullest: swimming, building sand castles, booggie boarding, skimboarding, football, and shelling to name a few! One of the owners even stopped by to say Hi and brought us donuts. The house is well decorated and the kitchens are stocked well. The trilevel bunks are geared more for kids/teenagers than adults. This is an amazing property and one that will let you create family memories that last a lifetime. Looking forward to a return visit! -- Thank you for the awesome review, Johnson Family! This was our first time ever we celebrated Christmas away from home. What a great choice! There were 22 of us plus 2 infants. The home was just beautiful with many amenities & decorated gorgeously! The location is fabulous and lends to your own little parcel of the beach then extends as it gets closer to ocean. Our week was full of good food, laughter, sun, swimming, sunsets, relaxation, games, football and most importantly amazing family time! We truly used this house as we did not go anywhere with exception to dine out 1 night. The home has 2 entrances in which there are 2 separate units. We utilized both, but gathered in the large kitchen/family room of larger unit. The home connects from the spectacular top deck and of course bottom floor. It ended up being perfect! Bunks are well stacked for lots of kids & our single older adults utilized them too. The master bedrooms were all beautiful with their own style. Lastly, I have to add the owner, managements were just outstanding! They were very receptive to our needs and attentive to all details. They responded promptly and went above to solve any issues.(when you rent there will be some) Don't need to go into detail but an example is there was a major storm before we arrived and they worked several days to get the pool in working order so we could enjoy it! Spectacular House 2019-01-30

I love this property! The view is spectacular, the house is very well appointed. The bunk bed rooms are definitely problematic for adults. I would much prefer to have one set of normal bunk beds instead of 3 sets of three. Adults cannot sit up in the bed. We had a problem with figuring out how to use the locks when we arrived, and we also had a problem with the dishwasher rack being damaged. The management company was QUICK to respond and fix all problems, and they were also very respectful of when to come and do the repairs for us. I'd rent this place again, we thoroughly enjoyed it (group of 12 women) and loved using the space, walking the beach and watching the sunsets. -- Thank you for the review of Anna Maria Grand Beach House, Lisa! A group of women had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. It is decorated tastefully and has two well stocked kitchens. The design of this home never made us feel crowded. There are closets in all nine of the bedrooms but some of the rooms had no dressers or shelves. those people inevitably lived out of thier suitcases for a week. The Tri-level bunkbeds are not conducive to adults and could be a deterrent for prospective adult renters. There was no room to sit up in the beds as they were very cramped. Two of our guests were slightly injured trying to sit up in them. We all felt that regular two story bunkbeds would have sufficed. The location of the house right on the Gulf made for spectacular sunsets and dolphin watching. --
