We spent 11 nights in this delightful house. The layout is wonderful with a lovely pool area in the back. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but not a problem in Oct/Nov. and we were not traveling with young children. We love renting from Anna Maria Vacations!

This home is very comfortable and has great space. The home would benefit from some attention but overall is a nice place to stay. I typically do not write reviews but Sugar Beach was so amazing I wanted to let everyone know. This rental Is hands down the best furnished house we have every rented. The kitchen was COMPLETELY stocked. The furnishings in this house were top of the line. We loved the linen program where beach towels were already stocked in the house! And the rental management company was very responsive and made everything very clear. They even called us and asked did we need anything. That sure doesn’t happen often. Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had here. The place was beautiful. First time renting a condo for the family and it was great. Loved the pool. We will definitely be renting again. Need a guide to the light switches. I don't think we ever figured them all out. Everyone was very pleased with the overall experience. The crib, high chair and pool toys we rented were there when we arrived. The place was spotless. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to rent this condo. --
