Aqua Bay is a nautical-inspired, canal-front home that offers guests a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere for a perfect vacation under the Florida sun. Newly constructed with features such as a private, heated pool, rooftop deck with panoramic views, and a private boat dock, this home is a jewel situated on one of the most beautiful islands Florida has to offer.
The first thing youâll notice when you walk into this gorgeous, brand new home, is its open concept design, hardwood floors, and the natural light that pours through the main living area from the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors going to the balcony. The kitchen is immaculate. It features beautiful, custom-designed white cabinetry, sweeping granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining area compliments the kitchen with its large, natural wood table with seating for eight, beautiful chandelier, and wine stand. Itâs bathed in natural light from two large windows in the room. The living room is stunning. It features a large couch, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV mounted on a blue ship-lapped wall. It looks out to the canal through the sliding glass doors to the balcony. The balcony has views of the large private pool, outdoor deck area, and canal.

There is a huge, private heated pool and spa which overlooks the canal, an outdoor seating area with a flat-screen TV and a lot of deck space with lounge chairs and a full outdoor dining set, and a private boat dock. Additionally, there is a rooftop deck that offers guests a panoramic view of Jones Bayou Bay. Aqua Bay also provides a beach cart, is minutes from the beach, and is close to local shops and restaurants. These amenities and the five-star reviews say it all â Aqua Bay is the spot to be at for a perfect vacation!

I can honestly say this is one of the nicest rentals I've ever been in all aspects. There were 10 of us in and out all week and it never felt like we were on top of each other or ever in each others way. Very clean, comfortable and updated home. The pool/hot tub and dock area on the water are heavenly. We spent as much time out there as we did in. The roof deck is spectacular.. Sunrise and sunset every day! Proximity to the beach is a five minute walk so you really have it all. The area has it all when it comes to entertainment and dining from the top of Anna Maria down through Longboat Key and Sarasota proper. I would recommend this property in a heart beat to anyone. Social distancing at its best 2020-08-19

We have rented many homes on AMI and we have to say this was by far our favorite! The outside space was so much larger then any other home. My grandson was able to see Manatees from the dock everyday . I am originally a Tampa Bay girl and being able to see the Skyway Bridge lit up at night was awesome !! Our friend Kasey from Coastline Excursions picked us up from the dock for a day of sandbar hopping. We will definitely be staying here again.???? -- Thank you so much for the 5 star review, Lisa! This is our third stay on AMI and this was by far our favorite house. The master bedroom feels like a tree house with all the shutters open with a great view of the bay. By far the best outdoor space with part of the pool and hot tub covered so you can soak during the afternoon rainstorms. We kayaked right off the back dock every day. The only downside for us was the location. We like to be farther up on the northern end of the island with less traffic and slower pace, but the property is absolutely gorgeous. This property was located a short walk to the beach and on the intercostal waterfront. Beautiful house tastefully appointed with a wonderful pool and dockside deck. Also has a roof top deck with awesome views! House has basic kitchen amenities but you need to supply all of your own spices, salt, pepper etc. if you want to do any cooking. We came to Aqua Bay and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect! Even though we are not on the gulf front, we still have breathtaking views of the water. Our pool was gorgeous. The rooftop deck did not disappoint when watching sunsets. The house was spotless and very comfortable! -- We are so happy Aqua Bay exceeded your expectations, Lola!
