There is a dry bar in the living room for refreshments, plenty of seating, and amenities designed for a large family or group of friends. The spacious functional kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf oven and induction stovetop, a huge wine fridge, a farm sink, countertop island seating, and a breakfast nook. Natural sunlight fills the dining room through gorgeous bay windows. An elegant spa ambiance fills the primary bedroom with large windows, soothing blue and brown hues, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a water closet, and an enclosed walk-in shower with a soaking tub. Rest will come easily in the second bedroom, with space for beach bags, balcony access, and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers peace and tranquility and has hall access to the third bathroom. The younger guests will find the loft delightful, with plenty of space for recreation and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-bathtub combination.
