The upstairs bedroom is partially enclosed with 2 twin bed, private bath and private balcony.
The ocean view has become a favorite yoga spot (please bring your Yoga Mat).

If you want to dine out, it's a short walk to the BHI Club restaurants.
If you plan to cook your meals yourself, the kitchen is fully equipped with all new cookware and utensils.

Our second Thanksgiving spent at 8 Days a Week and what a great holiday! Weather was a bit brisk but being on BHI make everything better! Would be great if one of the carts had weather covers for rain and the cold winds but we made due and wrapped up with beach towels or just stayed in the cozy house! Not just for fall/winter but for summer stays as well. Appreciate the upgrades just from this summer (yes we LOVE staying here for summer too!)and love that the owners seem to just know what a renter needs!

Villa 34 was very clean and the space was well appointed. We had intended to have another couple and our adult daughter with us and there would have been plenty of room. The decorating was very tasteful and the kitchen was updated. We loved being a very short walk to the beach. Bald Head Island Services communicated openly with procedures and called to make sure everything was all right. The price was reasonable. We were quite pleased with our stay!

This villa was absolutely beautiful! The landscape of the lagoon and golf course was so pretty. We did have a short walk to beach. Everything was great!

The perfect Villa at BHI.....with the music of the Fab Four (and their photos on the wall) and this special beach/ocean Villa getaway you can't "Be a loser" when you wake up singing "Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning a...." so, "I'll Be Back" next year. PS please tune the guitar!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This Villa is in the perfect location, is well equipped and comfortable, and has a great view of the BHI club. And BHI Services is fantastic! We blew a tire on the golf cart, and they were on it. We had a GFCI tripping, and they were on it. They're the best property manager we've experienced. We will be back!
Thanksgiving on BHI

We have previously stayed at this house under past ownership and were extremely curious as to the new owners and any changes - the house was perfectly outfitted for Thanksgiving! Unable to get into BHI Club, we celebrated in the house with dinner from Maritime Market- the new owners have a fabulous assortment of Fiesta Ware serving pieces (perhaps an owner with a fondness to WV?), dishes and silverware in excellent condition and a great layout for entertaining. Also, all bedding has been upgraded (thank you!) and the BHI artwork throughout was just lovely! The new owners must have been renters in the past because they knew EXACTLY what we would need/want! Trash bags and dishwasher soap would have been nice to have been left for us since most always houses always have, and the bath towels could stand being replaced with new, but nothing else was overlooked! We can't wait to go back!!!! We LOVED 8 Days a Week!!!

We had a great experience at your home. Very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful and interesting views (WE SAW ALLIGATORS!) and the wildlife was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the gold course action as well. I was worried about the tight quarters in this smaller house but there were places for everyone to set up their work. My three children did virtual school here without any trouble. The management company was friendly and very quick to respond to my (dumb) question about the golf carts. Thank you so very much! I highly recommend this villa!!

Love this place and have stayed there twice now. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and with 2 kids (a boy and girl) is important. ❤️❤️

We were delighted with 8 Days a Week. It was well appointed inside, with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the full bathroom upstairs. Previous Villa's we've stayed in had a half bath upstairs, necessitating all five kids sharing the showers downstairs, so the shower upstairs was great. The guitar was a nice bonus. Both my son and I love to play, and BHI turned out to be the perfect place to strum and sing some tunes. Finally, if you like to sit and lazily watch golf, this Villa is for you. The view of the 18th hole is outstanding, from Tee to Green.

Well equipped (kitchen, furniture, toys, bicycles, linens) and well maintained (golf carts, appliances). Wonderful spot for watching birds in the lagoon, golfers, croquet players, and the BHI clubhouse. Great setting for small fry to play and ride bikes around the villas.

The unit was super clean, neat and tastefully decorated. Also, the location is the best! The golf carts met our needs perfectly. We were there only 2 days, but hopefully next time we can spend more time and get to know the island better. Thank you for every amenity...We enjoyed everything very much!

One of the Best Golf Views on the island as deck has stunning view of 18th Hole! Also very convenient to walk to Country Club or Beach. Top bedroom has private deck with Ocean Views. Great place - one of the few Villas with 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms. Will be back.

This was our first time staying at Villa Summersalt but our 10th year on the island - what a great experience! The amenities were perfect for our family of 3, kitchen was stocked with practically new pots/pans etc. and our son loved the enclosed loft (bunk beds were quite wobbly). The views from the porch of the newly created BHI Club pool etc. and the golf course made up for not seeing the ocean. We even spotted a 10' gator in the lagoon! The cart was great and thankfully did not need to use the rain panels!
The Best Villa!

We have stayed in Villa 34, "Summersalt" several times throughout the past 22 years. The villa has amazing updates that make it so much more comfortable and private than many other villas. The loft is closed in; it has three full baths; the outdoor shower is roomy; and the décor and furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We really enjoy watching golfers play the 18th hole right from the decks. If you are renting a villa, this is a great choice! There is only one cart, but it is only a 2 minute walk to the pool or a beach access. Great location!
