Property Description

"A Wave From It All", a vacation house designed to encourage you to truly get away with your family.

 

Our open and reversed floor plan home, located in the sought after Cape Fear Station, will delight you with the ocean breezes and tranquility of the Maritime Forest. Two primary bedroom suites make "A Wave From It All", perfect for two families. Enjoy a number of amenities, including new exterior and inside paint in February 2022. Also, enjoy updated and refreshed custom furnishings and lighting. This beautiful home has FIVE porches. Three of them are screened so you can enjoy your morning coffee listening to the ocean waves. You can also dine outside or relax with a glass after a long day of playing. There is a deck where you can sunbathe during the day or gaze at the stars in the evening.

 

Both spacious Primary Bedroom Suites are located on each floor. Each includes a king-sized bed and private screened porch. The Primary Baths include a Jacuzzi soaker tub and an oversized shower with body sprays. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms. The third bedroom features a queen-size mattress, while the fourth bedroom offers a combination of full and twin beds as well as trundles that can accommodate four children. All four bedrooms have flat screen TVs, fans and full bathrooms.

 

The laundry room is located on the ground floor, along with a convenient mudroom. The enclosed outside shower is located between the two-car garage and the back entrance. It's a great way to clean up after a day at the beach. The Great Room on the second floor is a great gathering place with a sectional sofa, books, games, and puzzles. A flat screen TV is hidden in a cabinet above a fireplace. The dining area is located adjacent to the Great Room and comfortably seats 10 people. The main gathering areas have vaulted ceilings that provide wonderful lighting throughout the entire day.

 

There are two golf carts (one with six seats and one with four seats), bikes, beach toys umbrellas, beach chairs and a Weber gas barbecue available. A high chair, pack n' play, and safety gates are also available to use during your stay.

 

A Wave From It All is situated on a corner lot in Cape Fear Station. This location offers privacy and a sense of being close to nature. This special island home is close to Bald Head Island’s gourmet market, boutiques, Shoals Club and Bald Head Island country club, The Island Conservancy and the Marina. East Beach and South Beach are only a two-minute golf cart ride away or a six-minute walk.

We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
