“Happy Ours” is just steps away from South Beach and has outstanding ocean views and sunsets! The home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. The main living area has a well-stocked, gourmet kitchen with a dining area leading into a fabulous screen porch with a 2nd outdoor dining area. The main living area is adjoined by a separate bar area with built in wine cooler. Adjacent to the bar is a cozy den with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping.
This floor also has a queen master suite, another full bath, and a spacious laundry/mudroom with lots of space! The laundry area has access to a back porch with a built-in grilling station.
The 2nd master queen suite is upstairs with a large master bath including a garden tub and double sinks. Just around the corner is a half bath and another bedroom with 2 built in twin beds for the kiddos!
Happy Ours will be your new happy Bald Head Island retreat.

This house is truly the perfect stay on BHI. The home was well stocked, kept up, and was so beautifully decorated. The convenience to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and the market were perfect for my family. BHI Services was great to work with, very quick to reply and genuinely wanted to help us find a great place to stay. We will definitely return and would recommend this house for families looking to get away!

Fall Visit with Good Friends to Happy Hours

We have often visited Baldhead Island and generally seem to stay on the sound side. We had a couple of our best friends with us visiting Baldhead for the first time. After some discussion, we decided it might be fun to stay on the beach for a change. I must say there was somewhat limited availability for a cottage on the beach in late September when we made the reservation. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to book the Happy Hours cottage for 5 days. The cottage is perfect for two couples. It is set back from the beach but has an amazing view of sunset over the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the porch together talking and enjoying the view. Our only suggestion might be to add some rocking chairs! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thanks for everything.
