"Happy Ours", located just steps from South Beach, offers stunning ocean views and sunsets. The home was completely remodeled, and professionally decorated. The main living space has a gourmet kitchen that is well-stocked. A dining area leads to a screen porch with an outdoor dining area. A separate bar area is adjacent to the main living area. It has a built-in wine cooler. A cozy den is adjacent to the bar and has a pull-out couch for additional sleeping.
This floor has a queen-sized master suite, a second full bath and a large laundry/mudroom. The laundry room has access to the back porch, which includes a grilling station.
The second master queen suite with a garden bathtub and double sinks is located upstairs. A half bath and a bedroom with two built-in twin beds are just around the corner.
Happy Ours is your new happy Baldhead Island retreat.
We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.

This house is truly the perfect stay on BHI. The home was well stocked, kept up, and was so beautifully decorated. The convenience to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and the market were perfect for my family. BHI Services was great to work with, very quick to reply and genuinely wanted to help us find a great place to stay. We will definitely return and would recommend this house for families looking to get away!

Fall Visit with Good Friends to Happy Hours

We have often visited Baldhead Island and generally seem to stay on the sound side. We had a couple of our best friends with us visiting Baldhead for the first time. After some discussion, we decided it might be fun to stay on the beach for a change. I must say there was somewhat limited availability for a cottage on the beach in late September when we made the reservation. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to book the Happy Hours cottage for 5 days. The cottage is perfect for two couples. It is set back from the beach but has an amazing view of sunset over the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the porch together talking and enjoying the view. Our only suggestion might be to add some rocking chairs! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thanks for everything.
