A great location and a great house! There are a few stairs to get up and over the dunes (See aerial photo), so access may be an issue for some. But it was great for our family.

The location is amazing! Just steps to the beach. The house was well equipped. Only issue was the hot had some grounding issues. But overall I would highly recommend cool change.

Just an FYI, the ground current in some areas of Corolla is very close to the surface and can affect tubs and hot tubs. It's only about 3 volts (vs a nine-volt battery), but when it's not something you've experienced before, then we know it's a bit alarming. Fortunately, most individuals won't feel it, and will not harm anyone. So now ya know! :-)

Our one and only complaint is that all the showers curtains had mold on them and they need to be replaced. Less than $5 each at Walmart - just saying, they should really replace them asap. Thank you for letting us share our vacation in your home.

We loved the house and location. Realty staff were friendly and helpful. Only downsides to property: we all felt like our mattresses were uncomfortable and we thought the windows needed some TLC on outside. Perhaps too much debris blowing dust, dirt, mud. We realize that the window issue is not part of regular cleaning and is probably an annual or semi annual ma dry intenance issue.

We had a wonderful time at Cool Change. It was close to the beach and plenty of room for all 16 of us.
There are lots of stairs in the house and over to the beach but if you can manage stairs by taking your time, it is more than worth the stay.
The only issue we had was the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the driveway were flooding during a heavy rain. The flooding was mostly due to a clogged drain in the driveway. Once one of the men in our party unclogged the drain the water went down. We called the number and they sent someone to dry out the bedrooms. Fortunately we didn't have anything permanently damaged but it certainly was inconvenient. We did receive some compensation for the inconvenience.
The beds could use some new mattresses but other than that the house is well kept and stocked.
We rented tents and chairs to be set up for us on the beach by a company which made our stay even better.

We had a wonderful stay on our first time to the Outer Banks. The house is plenty big for three families and five toddlers. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub did not work. We were under the impression that the Jets were operating. We notified The property manager the first day we noticed they were not working and we did not get a reply back until after we had checked out. We did love that the kitchen was fully stocked and the house was clean with modern updates and very
comfortable. A couple suggestions would be to add rugs under the beds on the first level. The tile is very cold and a nice rug would be very cozy. Also some of the mattresses were not very comfortable. Our kids didn’t notice it however if I had to sleep on that bed I would not be comfortable feeling the springs on the mattress in the bunkbeds. I would suggest either upgrading the mattresses or getting some really good mattress toppers for more comfort.

Seems like it was recently renovated; all renovations look great. It was very clean. I would stay there again in a heart beat! If I am being really nit picky, the only things I would change were the frying pans and knives in the kitchen.
Outdoor area was good, clean as well. The pool was a bit chilly, but it rained almost the entire week we were there and for some reason heat was not available. It’s very close proximity to the beach. It might not be ideal for older people. We went with my mother who is 72 and has bad knees and it’s a lot of steps both inside the house and to go over the dune to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. Might as well be Ocean Front. The decks were amazing. The home is lovely and decorated beautifully. It was clean and perfect. PLENTY of space. Nice pool with lots of chairs and fun things to play with. The washer and dryer were amazing! All around PERFECT vacation.

The house is perfect! Great entertaining spot on top floor for everyone. Large plenty of space and the couch is ginormous! Bedrooms all fit well for groups of people and ones with kids. Good mix bc some didn’t have kids and some did. Pool is perfect to take a dip in after beach. Perfect location to beach! Super easy access across the street. Only bad thing we found which really wasn’t part of the house was the pricklers in the grass around property were everywhere and everyone got them stuck in feet which wasn’t a pleasant feeling. Kids especially. Stay off the grass areas and try to watch out for them. Overall great place and def will rent this place again.

We had a great time in Corolla. Our family has vacationed in NC before but it was our first time in Corolla. My son and his family arrived.first and were able to get in early. The staff was very accommodating. Our home, ‘Timeless’, was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and access to the beach was very convenient especially with small children. The home was also equipped with gates for stairs and a small playroom for the kids. One issue we had was with the lower bunk room. The mattress was not comfortable for an adult. Another great beach week in the books! Thank you!

This was the first time we were able to get the entire family together. Memories were made, fun was had, beaches were enjoyed. All had a great time!!! The sunrises and sunsets at the beach were spectacular. The only negative for the two 70+ seniors was climbing stairs in the 3-story home as well as climbing the stairs over the dunes to get to the beach. Old knees do not like stairs. However, there was so much to see and do in the area that made the location even more fantastic. It was an amazing stay!

This older home was just fine for our group of 8 family members. The home is beautifully decorated and so convenient to the beach access it is almost oceanfront! There is no direct view of the ocean but you can hear the waves. I highly recommend this house. One con: Pots and pans were worn & wonky but all other kitchen items were great. Shout out to Patty with the housekeeping crew for a spot-on cleaning pre-occupancy.

Very Nice home. Great amenities:
Living room is very comfortable with an awesome large screen tv.
Beds are comfortable . Clean And well maintained home.
Could use a bit of landscape work to complete for a fantastic property.
Only disappointment was the second level was a little to warm. The thermostat was locked for a low of 72 degrees.
We had a few days of high 90 degree weather.
First floor and top floor were comfortable

We had a great vacation at Timeless. The fantastic weather was a big bonus but the house was very nice too. Everything was clean, in good working order and the kitchen was very well stocked. The layout upstairs with the sunroom is great as I, like so many people now, had to work at times on our trip and that gave me a room and desk to set everything up and leave it there. Thank you to the owners for being pet friendly! The pool is small but the close location of the beach more than makes up for it. The pool and deck could use some small side tables. And the views of the ocean are mostly gone due to dune build up and a house built at the end of the street but it takes 2 minutes to walk out the door and up to the beach.

The vacation home was great for our family/friends. The setup where all of the bedrooms are on the 2 lower levels with the great room upstairs was great for hanging out after the kids were asleep. The separate tv room with doors was also great for the kids to watch movies/play games. Pool was small but great for a dip after the beach. Location was good - across from ocean and close to grocery store. Only very minor downside is that the dunes are pretty high where the house is located, so there are a lot of steps to get to/from the beach. It also makes the ocean view from the house very limited (only a little sliver of ocean can be seen). Still a great house and would definitely rent again!

The house was great. Directly across from beach access, spacious, clean, well equipped inside. Pool was small but totally adequate for cooling off after a day at the beach.
Charcoal grill was VERY small but we brought another grill with us (which we donated to the house).
Totally recommend this house and would absolutely return.

We had a great time at the ocean in Timeless. The house was most enjoyable with new carpeting and furniture. The pool and hot tub were used every day; the kids especially liked them. No problems with any appliance and the AC. Best of all the house is right across the street from the ocean with a great beach. We had a wonderful time!!!!
