This elegant home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps up to six guests comfortably with a California King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest room and two twin trundle beds in the third bedroom (sleeps 4 singles). An impressive entry up the marble staircase takes you to the over sized kitchen and great room with fireplace.

Located in the highly desirable Opal Cliffs neighborhood, Privates Beach House offers everything you need for your home away from home, complete with hot tub, stainless steel kitchen appliances, high quality cookware, gas fireplace, large flat screen televisions with Netflix and Amazon streaming, high-speed wireless Internet, private fenced backyard and deck, gas barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, hot/cold outdoor shower, full-size washer and dryer and more.

Driveway is available for off street parking for up to three vehicles, along with nearby street parking for everything else (no parking permit required).

Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
