Welcome to the 8th Avenue Beach Cottage located in the heart of the Twin Lakes neighborhood of Santa Cruz. This cozy cottage has everything you need for a romantic and relaxing beach getaway! The Cottage sleeps 4, and features lots of natural light with a modern and stylish decor, very comfortable beds, and all cooking/living supplies provided. Hardwood floors throughout, with granite kitchen countertops, open kitchen and living area, and private enclosed backyard with outside patio seating, and outdoor shower. This location is ideal!! Only a 4 minute, flat walk to the sand at Twin Lakes Beach! 6 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor, The Crow's Nest Restaurant, and the coffee and gift shops located in the Harbor.

Additional Pet fees do apply, per pet. Dogs must not exceed 45lbs and must be more than 1 year old. If you feel your situation regarding your pet warrants reconsideration of these guidelines, please contact the Beachnest office.

We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.

The house was perfect for my sister and me. We walked down to the beach a few times and were close to restaurants and shopping.
The living room was bright and cheerful with comfortable sofas. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

We needed a break in scenery, so booked this cute bungalow to get us super close to the beach. The house is bright and the rooms were spacious. The front deck and back yard with plenty of seating and ambience allowed us to take the living space outdoors. We brought our dog and the backyard was both enclosed and safe, though he preferred to people watch on the front deck! We were walking distance to the yacht harbor as well as restaurants and cafe's to keep things lively! All in all a great escape!
