This third-floor condo on the gulf side offers stunning views of the sun setting. You can cook in the well-stocked kitchen or order delicious local cuisine. You can also enjoy premium mattresses on all beds for your comfort. The large flat-screen TV allows you to watch movies and play video games. #9 has been updated to include a new color palette, flooring, living/dining room furniture, and wireless Internet.
This unit sleeps 6 and includes a queen bedroom, hall bunks, sleeper sofa, and a sleeper sofa.
Beachside Condominiums can be found directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This complex has a 3-story building that includes a community pool as well as private beach access. You can prepare special meals on one of the community grills on the property. A laundry facility is available on-site with coin-operated washers and dryers. It is located along scenic Hwy. 30A, located in the heart Seagrove Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. The 19-mile paved bike/walk trail that runs along the length of Hwy. The complex is located in front of 30A.

Me and my children had a wonderful time. The Condo was complete with dishes and cooking items so we did not have to go out once our entire stay. Beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect. Right on the beach so the view is spectacular. Very convenient and the beach is not crowded. Family oriented which appealed to me. Great beach for long runs......another plus!
